Carrier Pre-Select is a service allowing you to route your outgoing calls via Concert Networks. This gives you access to competitive call rates. It is simple to change, requires no need for alternating existing telephone numbers and we manage the whole process for you.

CPS automatically diverts calls from BT to Concert Networks. There is no installation or programming of equipment required and you do not need to dial a separate code to access the service. As there is no need for any additional hardware to be installed, your existing telephone numbers can be automatically transferred without any disruption to your service.
