Wireman name search

Wireman Many of you have been following our name search for Concert's mascot the 'Wireman'.

We would like to thank you for the countless suggestions we have received, from 'Jack' to 'Lord Cabley of Tabley'. We've been spoiled for choice!

The thing is we've become so used to calling our flexible friend 'The Wireman', that nothing else seems to fit. So, ladies and gentlemen, we give you The Wireman.

We have donated the cash equivalent of the hamper prize to The Children's Adventure Farm Trust: www.childrensadventurefarm.org a local charity providing holidays and activities for poorly and disadvantaged children.

Look out for the Wireman's appearance on ongoing communication.
Dynamic and flexible he's our modern day action man.

In the driving seat at Now Vauxhall

Concert are pleased to welcome our latest client: leading Vauxhall dealership, Now Vauxhall.

As one of the fastest growing Vauxhall dealerships in the UK, the company currently employs 160 staff in five locations across South West London, and generates an annual turnover of around
£32 million.

Their traditional telephone system had been causing them severe problems with many calls being missed or wrongly directed and Concert was asked to provide a fix.

It was a challenge and there were moments of frustration trying to bring it all together, but we're proud to say we did it.

Now, Concert's hosted telephony solution ensures all incoming calls can be correctly
directed and nothing gets missed. While wallboard monitoring means the company are prepared for any eventuality.

As a result Now Vauxhall has improved customer service, increased staff efficiency and significantly reduced overheads.
