Concert are delighted to have secured a contract providing a ‘cloud-based' inbound call management solution to e-commerce giants: TheHutGroup.com Based in Northwich, Cheshire, TheHutGroup.com run online operations for major retailers such as Tesco, Asda, WH Smith and Argos, managing the Internet and telephone sales of DVDs, CDs and books, receiving up to 40,000 calls per month. TheHutGroup.com approached Concert to future proof their telephone systems and address the shortcomings of their existing solution. Concert provided the business with a ‘cloud based' inbound call management solution, which continues to deliver the following benefits to TheHutGroup.com and their customers: Superior customer support by managing calls in busy periods and out of business hours. Business continuity in the event of an emergency e.g. power cuts or snow, by redirecting calls to alternative sites etc. Productivity reporting provided via an online portal, helping managers predict increased call volumes and plan ahead.
