Concert are delighted to have secured a contract providing a ‘cloud-based' inbound call management solution to e-commerce giants: TheHutGroup.com

Based in Northwich, Cheshire, TheHutGroup.com run online operations for major retailers such as Tesco, Asda, WH Smith and Argos, managing the Internet and telephone sales of DVDs, CDs and books, receiving up to 40,000 calls per month.

TheHutGroup.com approached Concert to future proof their telephone systems and address the shortcomings of their existing solution.

Concert provided the business with a ‘cloud based' inbound call management solution, which continues to deliver the following benefits to TheHutGroup.com and their customers:

Superior customer support by managing calls in busy periods and out of
business hours.

Business continuity in the event of an emergency e.g. power cuts or snow, by redirecting calls to alternative sites etc.

Productivity reporting provided via an online portal, helping managers predict increased call volumes and plan ahead.

A wealth of system features such as call recording, voicemail and call queuing.

Wireman

Wireman Concert has a new mascot - the 'Wireman.'

We chose him as the public face of Concert, because he's flexible and friendly, just like us. We think he's got charisma, style and charm.

But the one thing he doesn't have is... a name. And that's where we're hoping you can help. We are offering a hamper bursting with goodies for whoever comes up with the ideal title for our flexible friend.

Concert is on the move!

map To reflect the growth in our customer base, Concert is growing too...

In order to continue improving our service and exceeding customer expectations we have relocated to larger offices in Knutsford, just minutes from junction 19 of the M6.

As well as enabling us to expand our support and account management teams we now have additional space for training and customer demos.

Our new account manager Stacey Wilson, has recently joined us from Intechnology.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in communications technology. We are very pleased to have her looking after our existing client base.

A keep fit fan Stacey enjoys spinning, Thai Boxing, shopping, drinking and running. But not at the same time.
