As the COVID-19 pandemic led to the UK being placed into a national lockdown we mobilised quickly to help clients to work remotely. One of those clients was Vincents, a law firm who needed to stay in-touch and operational, even as courts closed and clients entered lockdown.

The Solution

Vincent’s quickly purchased laptops for the members of the team who didn’t have them. With remote desktop, remote working could start as soon as the machines arrived. Meanwhile, we organised softphone licences for anyone who didn’t have them. This meant that team members could carry on communicating via laptop or mobile as if they were sitting at their desks.

Within the week we had everyone setup and working on softphones. Within two weeks we were operating as normally as possible. The Concert support desk was completely focused on getting us what we needed and getting the solicitors set up and working.
