Client story: Helping clients adapt during the COVID pandemic

Over the last few months a lot of businesses, including our own, have had to move to remote working and do so quickly.

Now, with offices reopening, businesses are being required to adopt increased flexibility, with some team members on site and others at home.

It’s fair to say that that’s created plenty of communication challenges for everyone involved and that, for some businesses, there have been major changes to how they work.

At the centre of all of this is, of course, the recognition that being able to communicate with your team, customers, suppliers and partners remains one of the most important factors in the continued growth of your business.

On some level there has been a great separation of businesses and the changes they’ve implemented. Those who really care about how they communicate with their clients – not just say they do – have had the opportunity and desire to implement really top notch processes, where others have coped with ‘sticking plaster’ solutions.

We’ve said in a few of our updates that we’ve been helping businesses to complete the changes that the COVID-19 pandemic mandated. For those of you who are perhaps still unsure about what you have in place or are thinking about the next steps, we thought seeing a practical example might help.
