I set up Concert in 2004 after successfully establishing several other companies including a pre-paid calling card business distributed primarily in the Middle East, and Octagon Academy, the Find, Build & Run outsourced sales team proposition with Foxton’s founder Jon Hunt. During this time I developed clients such as Cable & Wireless, MCI WorldCom (Now Verizon) and Bosch.

My strategy is to grow hosted telephony in the professional services sector based on the premise of outstanding support, strong relationships with partners and to always take accountability.
