Scott Armstrong

I started my career at Concert in 2005 and after six years away, I re-joined the company as Head of Business Development. 

My role here at Concert is incredibly wide-ranging and challenging. In brief I'm responsible for setting the direction of our Business Development team, which includes Account Management, New Business, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Product Development.

I enjoy that the company is focused on the customer and that over everything else, we value relationships and the role our technology can play in the success of our client’s businesses.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve operated in increasingly senior business development roles within Technology, Executive Recruitment, Financial Services and Research Consultancy, enabling me to develop a truly consultative approach based on cross sector experience. To date, I've had the opportunity to partner with organisations across a range of industry sectors and geographies, as well as a variety of different business structures including: start-up’s, SME’s and Blue Chip companies.

Outside of work, I like to do a bit of everything and much to the annoyance of my partner Claire, my house is overrun with all types of sports equipment, from rackets, surf boards and bikes, to skis, golf clubs and fishing rods. I'm also four years through studying part-time for a BSc in Business and Economics with the Open University.
